Things you should know:

All prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery and setup charges will be calculated and quoted on request with consideration of location and ease of access..

Roaming Events is not licenced to sell alcohol, all beverages are to be BYO by the client. Ice for service of drinks is provided in the package price for the duration of the bar service. Roaming Events do also request that all drinks are to be chilled prior to arrival.

Please Talk 2 Us if your guests will be more than 100 as extra glassware is available via quote.

The service of tea and coffee is available from $95. RSA bartenders are included, and additional hours are available at $60 per hour per bartender. Additional bartenders may be required for the service of cocktails.

Bond is required at the time of final payment. All unreturned or damaged glassware will be invoiced at a replacement cost of $3 per glass.

Roaming Events is not responsible for the removal of rubbish.
