Whatever the celebration, Roaming Events will help create inviting spaces to wow your guests! Specialising in mobile bars, we offer customised packages with hassle free setup so you and your guests can focus on enjoying the event. We are based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast but service events as north as Gympie, as South as Byron Bay and as west as Toowoomba.

 

In 2019, a project began to give lots of tender love and care and convert a 1964 Viscount van into the gorgeous bar that she is today. The Caravan Bar combined with years of hospitality experience and a passion for spaces that create a vibe, saw the birth of the family owned and run business, Roaming Events. The fleet of bars has since extended beyond the Caravan Bar with a range of mobile / pop-up bars and complementary furniture.

 

Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday party, corporate event or just a great excuse for a get together, we have a mobile bar that will suit. All of our bars operate with the client providing all drinks, which allows you to have the beverages you and your guests love, without having to pay for expensive bar costs.
