Things you should know:
Delivery and setup charges will be calculated and quoted on request with consideration of location and ease of access - it is a vintage Caravan and care must be taken at all times..
The Caravan Bar is approximately 2m wide, 5m long (including trailer) and 2.5m high.
Roaming Events does not sell alcohol, all beverages are to be BYO by the client.
Ice for service of drinks is provided in the package price for the duration of the booking. Roaming Events do also request that all drinks are to be chilled prior to arrival.
Please Talk 2 Us if your guests will be more than 100 as extra glassware is available via quote.
2 RSA staff are included, any extra hours outside of the package inclusions will be $150 per hour. For events with more than 100 guests, a 3rd bartender may be recommended to enable efficient and quality service.
The van is equiped with a 40m extension lead to enable power but if power is not accessible, we are able to bring along a generator an extra cost.
Bond is required at the time of final payment.
All unreturned or damaged glassware will be invoiced at a replacement cost of $3 per glass.
